What we can do together
We can work with your business, industry or organisation by:
- •Setting up a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) course that addresses a knowledge or training need for your business or your employees could join our well established and renowned CPD courses e.g in Project Management, Maintenance Engineeering and Asset Management.
- Participating in collaborative research projects that are driven by your business needs. We can develop a specific knowledge transfer project that is industry funded or is partially supported by research council money.
- We can provide support and joint supervision for a student to work with you as part of their doctoral training, masters degree projects or as a one year Individual Third Year Project. Most students cherish the opportunity to undertake company led projects.
- We have a range of specialist testing laboratories and manufacturing facilities (e.g. fluid flow modelling, one of the largest laser processing centres, CNC high speed machining facilities, mechanical testing equipment) that can provide support to your business needs.
