Within this specialism, members have expertise in studying multiple facets of human relations in the context of social and organisational change in project-based working. Particular focus is on micro-level analyses of how project participants come together to produce efficient and effective project outcomes.
Members of this specialism have a track record of researching an eclectic range of people, organisational and cultural issues including gender relations in engineering projects, organisational sense-making and project uncertainty, power relations and the production and reproduction of organisational practices in project environments.
