I feel like I have gained valuable experience from the School of Mechanical, Aerospace and Civil Engineering, which has prepared me well for my future career.

My experience as an Aerospace Engineering Masters student at the University of Manchester has been rewarding. After graduating in Physics and Mathematics, I decided to pursue a postgraduate course in Engineering. The Aerospace course at Manchester stood out for me not only because of its well-recognised status in engineering but the city offered a good social-life balance.

I was particularly attracted to the outstanding research reputation in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) at Manchester. I really enjoyed CFD in the course as it offered a broad and solid understanding into novel numerical techniques. I also enjoyed the exposure to other components of the course from aerodynamics to propulsion and building on my programming skills.

Overall, I feel like I have gained valuable experience from the School of Mechanical, Aerospace and Civil Engineering, which has prepared me well for my future career.
