Part-time distance learning MSc
To be awarded an MSc, a delegate must achieve a pass mark in the taught modules (comprising 8 course units or modules, each worth 15 credits) and the dissertation element (worth 60 credits). The pass mark for a Masters of Science Award is = 50%.
Part-time distance learning Diploma, PGDip
Once delegates have completed four modules they can automatically progress to the Postgraduate Diploma level. After successful completion of the eight modules (120 credits) delegates may graduate with a Diploma.
Part-time distance learning Certificate, PGCert
If a delegate successfully completes 4 modules they will be eligible for a Post Graduate Certificate in Project Management (60 credits). Individuals are able to graduate with this award.
Continuing Professional Development, CPD
Delegates may take 1 module only. This can be undertaken for credits (15 credits). This is called a CPD (Continuing Personal or Professional Development) qualification. The CPD qualification shows a commitment to structured skill enhancement and personal or professional competence. If delegates chose to study for a CPD module they would initially have to complete module 1 which fundamentally acts as an overview to industry related project management. Then any of the modules from 2 – 7 can be taken depending on what is most relevant to the individuals professional development within the project management sector.
