Performance management and evaluation

Our research takes a holistic approach to performance management, recognising the need for stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the project life-cycle.

We recognise the need for dynamic capabilities within organisations to meet the challenges of the future as well as current performance targets. Our research considers best practice approaches for performance improvement, delving beneath the theory to show how these can be implemented in practice.
