Management of Projects Expert Group
The Management of Projects Expert Group is strongly aligned with their two taught programmes:
- MSc Management of Projects (MOP)
- MSc Project Management Professional Development Programme (PMPDP)
Strengths of the Group are: Commercial Management, Configuration Management, Engineering Management, Project Management, and LifeCycle Management. The Expert Group is part of the Manufacturing and Management Research Group in the School of Mechanical, Aerospace and Civil Engineering.
The Group benefits from strong industry links with Rolls-Royce, AMEC, Goodrich, ARUP and other organisations. Also, there are strong ties with Clark School of Engineering, Maryland University, Pennsylvania State University and the British University in Dubai.
The aim of the Group is to support research into diverse aspects of the management of projects.
