Postgraduate Loan Scheme- UK and EU students
Postgraduate loans (PGL) will be available to eligible applicants starting taught and research master’s courses. If you’re thinking of coming to Manchester this year to begin your postgraduate study, you could qualify for a loan of up to £10,000 from the UK government.

Scholarship opportunity for prospective Indian master’s students
The British Council have recently shared information regarding the Goa Education Trust (GET) Scholarships 2017. These are open to any Indian national applying for a Master’s Programme in the UK beginning in September/October 2017.
Students with an excellent track record in academics and extra- curricular achievements, and not over 30 years of age will be eligible to apply. The GET Scholarships 2017 will fund young Indians to pursue a master’s in the UK and will cover part or full tuition fees not exceeding GBP £12,500. There are no restrictions on courses of study or university.

Manchester Master's Bursary
The University of Manchester is offering 100 bursaries for master's students, each worth £3,000 in funding, to UK and EU students who will be starting taught or research master's courses in September 2017. Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences Alumni Loyalty Bursary
A bursary of £1,000 reduction on tuition fees is available to students who are enrolling onto an MSc course in the Faculty of EPS starting in September 2017 who have graduated from The University of Manchester with a First Class honours undergraduate degree.
- Students need to have graduated from The University of Manchester within the last three years (graduated in June 2013 or later).
- This bursary is available for International, EU and Home students studying on full-time, part-time and distance learning Master's courses.
- Students must not be in receipt of any other University bursary in order to be eligible.
All eligible students will automatically be awarded this fee discount.
